Anyone any idea where I can get a fuse holder for an Avanta 18v?
It's the 2AT fuse that sits on the PCB. It's sprung and has this silly little metal hook that holds it in place once you twist it. Tiny hook snapped off so fuse wont stay in board so boiler wont run unless you hold the fuse in.
My local boiler spares says not available on its own so need a new PCB.
Seems mental to have to replace a whole PCB for the sake of one tiny fuse holder.
Anyone any suggestions?

Have a look at rs components

Thanks but I should have said I've already trawled through their website and the local electronics shop.

Replace the fuse holder by desoldering it you any good at electronics?

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Hi all. Hope you have all been keeping well. A while back I decided I only wanted to fit one brand of boiler and decided on Viessmann due to space for servicing and changing parts if ever needing to. I am finding my decision rather hard due to the different clearances on flue runs and cupboards...
