Intergas 2030-3 0/0 replacement hinge?

I have an Intergas 2030-3 0/0 dual fuel burner; circa 1998, connected to a strebelwerk chamber. The burner hinge had a crack in it and was thrown away. turns out intergas no longer make the part... does anyone know where i might be able to get hold of one?

I have a query regarding tightness testing to UP1a. Should the regulator be bypassed whilst testing an existing installation? Section 5.7.1 says by pass components but i am being told that does NOT include the regulator? Can anyone shed some clearer light on this please?
