Going to measure up to quote for a new CH system on Saturday, a warm air Unit to be replaced with 6 radiators and a combi.

To adhere to building regs it should be zoned, do you guys include this in your quote or put it as a suggested extra?

I don't even bother mentioning it, I've not seen anyone do it apart from on new builds. Not even holier than though brittish gas do it. It's not practical, or affordable in most cases.

Supposed to do it over here, new build or just an upgrade on an existing heating system.
All a bit silly really, as who is to say if it was just a new boiler fitted with a bit of piping or an entire system?
My thoughts are if you are replacing the entire heating, you should be installing to new regs, so price for that & keep yourself covered. You don't want people coming back to you later saying - my friends house has zones & you didn't do that in mine!
