sen the recipie lame, got a couple in the freezer, been there 8 months do you think they will be ok?

strip off legs and breast, sear them, couple of apple, parsnips and what ever tickles you fancy and a load of cider, in the oven for a bit and yum yum is all I do plus bit of butter and flour to thicken the sauce.
