This guy is a good you tuber, I like his videos and I've been watching him for a while after I wanted to build some brick walls. Anyway watch the video, seen if you can spot the WB flue. I've left a message on the video Trying to advise him it's illegal, he seems to think it's fine. He's a nice guy but seem oblivious to the danger.
 
:D like the way he says it's only temporary and doesn't matter if it's illegal
 
He also just built the wall over what look like the 22mm copper gas pipe feeding the boiler without putting a sleeve on it, As well as the dodgy flue you pointed out. I hope he is not going to batten out that wall and plasterboard it or dot n dab it without taking the necessary steps to protect the gas pipe.
