I have a Worcester 240 boiler. When on CH, both relays on both pcb`s start clicking constantly, and the boiler fires up, and shuts down after 5 seconds or so. This cycle is repeated ad infinitum, until eventually, the overheat stat trips the boiler. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No point. Given the age of the boiler, the chances are that, any engineers will use this as an excuse to suggest replacing the boiler, whatever the problem.

Best to leave it doing what it's doing then, or trust that an engineer may know what's wrong.

Why have you removed the case? Put it back on and stop fiddling with something you are not competent to touch!

Get a gsr in.
