What system is this

hot water tank has its own built in header tank, it has two pumps 1 hot water and 1 for central heating both seem to go to the through the hot water storage tank before circulating around the system. There is a room stat which appears to control the central heating pump and a hot water tank stat. There is a seperate roof header tank.
