Hi people, After a two year college course I managed to achieve a level 2 Diploma in Plumbing. However it is not enough to get a job as i still need an NVQ (Professional level). What would be the next best step?

level 3

You can't complete level two without a year and a day working with someone and completing a work based portfolio.
Have you tried getting a job in the industry?

No I haven't applied for any plumbing jobs yet. Iv been told my College course is not enough to get any job.

Lvl 3 is the gas side of plumbing its not mandatory. But yes i know it would look better on my Cv.

its not just about gas, you learn about the final few things like unvented cylinders
