Just wanted to see what everyone's way of doing an install was...

Combi swap
drain down Disconnect boiler
place jig core flue
hang boiler
pipe up (gas first if upgrade)
Magna clean
new TRVs
fill up system/test for leaks (inhibitor)
Electrics
seal flue
commission
show customer how to use

will do system to combi later...

Take old boiler off then flush. Don't want to blow the guts out the new boiler.

Drain down , hot flush , disconnect old boiler , powerflush, new boiler install with magna cleanse , electrics , startup , up to heat then drain , add inhibitor bleed rads get paid register boiler , . Except it never goes as smooth as that !

Get the old boiler off the wall asap. Set flush up from there or kitchen rad (cap boiler F R off)

While flush is chugging away fit new boiler.
Once in a position to pipe boiler up. Pack flush away and finish boiler.

Get first payment when materials on site ! do what is required, get final payment, go home.
