Could you please advise. Im gonna have 2washing units, 1toilet with sink and 3 sinks in the rooms.
What will be the most efficient: one big water heater like Salon Master or elec showers on every sink?

are you going to have heating/rads?

and what services are there eg gas, oil etc?
