Washing machine drain line leak

I’ve checked the rubber washer & it seems fine, any idea how I can solve this?

Did you mean 'cut off' Shaun?

Looks like the jubilee clip needs slackening (or taking off), and the hose pushing further onto the spigot, then the clip tightened.
I agree, if there's still a small end on the spigot, it might be interfering with pushing the hose on more

Thanks for your replies. It does look as if the spigot needs trimming or replacing, as it maybe a mm or two out.
