Wanting to add a new towel rad

My pipes have been plumbed for 2 years for a towel rad in my house. Its an old house with gravity fed system with an expansion vessel beside my hotpress. I know how to drain and fill a gravity fed CH system with a heater tank in the attic but wanting to know the steps to take when filling up agin and setting the bar for this system.
