I've got an ecotec plus 624 with an aurostor 210 and VR66 wiring Center with vsmart, for some reason, probably a wiring issue, I have no control on hot water temperature, its boiling!

Vaillant give me different answers whenever I call them and today told me to wire the ntc from the cylinder directly into the boiler wiring loom whereas before I was told to wire it into the blue ntc plug in the VR66. Doing this loses the ability to control hot water temp from the boiler display though.
Help?

You wire the cylinder NTC into the vr66, the cylinder stat terminals on the vr66 are 230v for conventional cylinder stats.

The benefit of using the NTC over a stat is that you can control and monitor HW temps from the controller.

Personally i use the stat though as i prefer the idea of still having an overheat stat on the cylinder
