Since one year ago, almost every time when opening any taps at my home, the whole pipe is rattling, very noisy. I got A plumber installed a few water hammer arrestors. But it doesn't work at all. Does someone know what cause that please? Thanks!

As far as i know, I don't have 1/4 turn taps in my house. What does that to do do with my issue please? Thanks!
Quite often, when a ceramic cartridge (used in 1/4 turn taps) fails, when another tap is opened, there’s loud vibrations through the pipework, often resulting in the failed tap even running slightly.
