Because I have a problem with the flue, no backfall and I have condensate running out to the driveway.Why have you chosen the manufacturer and not the installer?

Installer won't come back and correct fault so I don't have anything confidence in him.

Adjust gas valve
Gas rate, flame picture, inlet pressure
Check safety devices
Pressurise expansion vessel
Clean condensate trap
Clean system filter
Visual checks inside boiler, flue and gas meter
Tightness test gas pipework (maybe)
Fill out paperwork

Or to put it another way, if he made an arse of the install he would probably make an arse of the service.
But to go back to the original question, what do they do on an annual service?
Thanks StuRing gas safe and ask for an installer inspection, they’ll force him to put the issues right.
