Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried using both IE8 and Firefox on two different computers and get the same result. "Posting Permissions" says: You may not post attachments. I have also tried using the browsers in Safe Mode.

The last pic I posted was on 18/11/2013 I had posted 42 pics up to then.

Could you point me to the setting which might be causing the problem.

Incidentally I don't have this problem on the DIYNot, UltimateHandyman and Screwfix Forums.

I have attached an image of the brass body within a tap. Having replaced a cartridge which has cured a leaking tap, I can see that there is a small leak from the brass body which can be unscrewed. Is there a seal behind the body? Thanks.
