Hi, please can some one point me in the right direction.

The property is around 6 years old and I believe all the zones have been working.

The house has a manifold (near the boiler) in the basement, with a secondary manifold on the ground floor with rads upstairs.

The basement manifold feeds 7 zones.

The end zone flow does not get warm, despite turning all the other zones on the manifold off. So back to the stat, it is the non digital type, I can hear it click at say two thirds round. I crank it to full and nothing happens.

I have removed the actuator in an attempt to simply allow the flow of warm water around the zone, nothing happens.

I can push the "plunger" (below the actuator) and feel it physically move.

Again I have this problem off the secondary manifold.

Any pointers or tips from anyone.

Just thinking, can I override the stat by removing it and connecting the wires together?

Is the pump on the manifold spinning/working, when it should be IE when stat turned up?
