If a time clock has a micro switch with live and neutral feeding the clock, when it's set to come on and the micro switch activates what voltage should be fed to the pcb board? Do different clocks have different voltages coming out from them or is the micro switch just used as either open or closed so if I link it out it will run constantly? Thanks for any help

Usually says on the back of the clock. Ariston mechanical clocks are just 3v and then the ferroli digital ones are 240v. So all depends. But if you link it out, the heating will run constant.
