So this is a pre routed chipboard solution, could not find other posts on this topic.

Of course the floor has little thermal mass and so has fast heat up (and cool down) times, no 7 day or more curing time waiting for a screed or poured flooring to dry.

Thoughts please? Something silly I have overlooked?
