Hi All,

Can anybody identify this Thermostatic Blending Valve from my Underfloor heating ?

It seems to be stuck on full temp and not mixing the cold flow.

Sorry.
Looking at your photo, the flow/return and mixed are different.!
It will still work, with a bit of modification to the pipework.

Yes, just noticed the dimensions are different. I really want a straight swap out, so dimensions are critical.

The other option is that I try taking it apart and cleaning it out.
Has anybody had good success in taking blending valves apart and cleaning them up ? Any tips ?

I have a plumber coming tomorrow to change a cartridge on a badly dripping tap on my bathroom mixer unit. There is no separate isolating valve for this tap so I'll have to close the stopcock. I tried closing it today but it won't go absolutely 100% closed and there is still a very slight flow...
