Went to service a boiler today that was fitted by someone cheaper than me a few years back
Ideal logic +24
No lime fighter
No shock arrestor
No comp fitting on PRV
Flue foamed in and twisted
Gas inlet pressure 15mb
But burning fine!!

"No comp fitting on PRV"
I'm guessing this bit is referring to compression fitting on pressure relief pipework for ease of maintenance later on? Or do you mean they hadn't actually tightened up the fitting to the boiler?

The PRV pipe under the boiler was soldered onto, Ideal ask for a comp fitting in the MIs
