hi
just to say i agree, t4ts is a scam. an agent came to my house and gave me a load of spiel about shortage of plumbers etc. payed hundred pound up front, signed documents to say i payed a deposit.also to say i was now a student,he told me the course would last between 9mnths to 18mnths at the cost of 25 pounds a week. I now realise this is not the case.I tried to leave the course when i was made redundent, because i couldnt afford it.
But i was told i would have to still pay the course amount total of which £3950.I hadnt realised or been informed that i actualy had signed a loan agreement. And if i didnt continue my monthly payment of £110 pm then they would send in the bailifs.
what can i do if anything about this.
ps already payed over £2000 ,all ive got for this is a bag with afew books in it.
