Hello I went to unblock a toilet yesterday where the toilet keeps blocking. The toilet has a swan neck pan connector going in to a 90degree bend which is connecting str8 in to another 90degree bend all flowing in the opposite direction of one another just to get it outside. Question is, is there any regs with regards to this. I know its supposed to go with the least resistance and could but I just need sum ammunition for when I see the landlord.
