Discuss Suggestion to seal drain of vintage bath in the USA area at PlumbersForums.net

I am restoring a cast iron bath to use as an outdoor pond, I need to seal up the drain, there is a 40mm threaded pipe, I was hoping to find something that I can screw on to seal it.

Can anyone recommend a product?
