Hi everyone,

I would like to know if the basin in the bathroom has single taps and the hot tap always delivers warm water (not scorching hot) regardless of how high the DHW is set at what would be the reason for that?

Also do hotels and gyms have the hot water set at a specific setting if so what temp is it and how do they do set it?

Thank you for any info

1. Theres probably a blending valve somewhere on the system, it may be within the body of the tap.
2. They use blending valves as there are regs about max hot water in public buildings.
