Hi, does anyone know if these units interchangeable or are they only available as matched pairs.

I have a faulty receiver that I intend changing for a working receiver from an old boiler set up ( I do not have the old matching transmitter )

I am hoping I can fit the new receiver and 'pair up' with the current transmitter.

Is this possible, has anyone done this before or will I need to buy a matched pair ( transmitter and receiver )

Thanks
