Blocky

Hi
I've been looking at an old Sanitan bath/shower mixer that doesn't divert. Is it as simple as just removing the diverter and give it a bit of a clean & replace o rings or could it be something else. The tap has been adapted to act as a general mixer, supplying 4 outlets. Any replies appreciated.

I stripped a bath/shower mixer down the other day because the diverter wasn't working. I checked it all and could find no mechanical reason for it not to work. After much messing about it turned out to be a kink in rubber shower hose. There wasn't enough water pressure through the hose to activate the diverter.

I hope this helps.
