just spent the last couple of days revising to renew all my domestic gas exams and i am bored beyond belief

in the last five years i've never once come across 2 open flued appliances in the same room and dont believe its exists anywhere in the country, but its in the book so apparently i have to know it along with all that other outdated stuff.
Most of the chimney and ventilation stuff is for appliances which are dying out and becoming rare. I could probably do 95% of my job without knowing any of the ultra dull stuff, and for the other 5% all i'd have to do is condemn any open flued boilers etc i come across
(between you and me i already do that with any Isars i find, sorry love cant be fixed)

anyway seeing as gas register are unlikely to see my point of view before monday when my exams start can anybody suggest any good ways to cheat :wink5:

Are you doing refresher training and assessments? Or assessment only?
