Just realised now that the minimum turnover required from construction works to register for gross CIS payments is only £30k now.

I am sure it used to be £90k. This should allow a lot of people to avoid having 20-40% deductions straight away from their pay once registered.
 
Can you change from nett deduction. To gross payment. New build kills me as you don't invoice the vat amd deducting 20% from labour too.
 
Yes its all on the HMRC website.
