Hi there,

When I use the shower the relatively new Worcester boiler in a separate room has recently started to smell really odd. Does anyone know what might be causing it?

What does it smell like?
I would wait for the qualified people to answer but i wold hazard a guess at waste products from combustion?

did a gas safe engineer fit it and has he sealed around the flue..get an engineer there to check it out as there should be no smell at all from the boiler at any time

i always find that farts allways smell worse when taking a shower for some reason it is emphasised?.

i think your problem is the condensate pipe my guess it runs into you waste serving your bathroom or very close to and is made worse by the heat of the shower.

try running a cold shower only does that smell?.
