Been to look at a job where property has intermittent fault with the heating two port valve

Everything works ok but every so often the valve starts knocking its bollox off. Sounds like a woodpecker on speed.

Anyone come across this before? Is it a change the head or the whole valve kinda situation?

Cheers boys

It is the valve gearing slipping on the motor. Those sunvic valves are shyte. Swap it for a honeywell or drayton
