Hi all,

Looked at a house where even though the rads have trv's on the radiators are getting burning hot, there's no thermostat for the boiler so these are the only way for them to control them. She said they've never worked really from day one. There is one rad upstair that doesn't work at all if it helps?

Works off of a hw cylinder.

Cheers.

The rad thats not working upstairs is in the bedroom, the bathroom works.

There is a temp dial on the actual boiler which is turned down but no seperate thermostat, she said it was removed by the guy who replaced all of her rads.
