potterton performa fan fault light flashing

Hi Lads ,
Just been to a callout, fan light flashing on a pot performa . Tried reset no joy, pump running, fan running but no spark ? Took the front off and had a bit play with the pipes on the fan body sucking and blowing aps clicking then put the pipes back on the fan body(ventui) and it sparked up and fired up !!! boxed it up and it never missed a beat for 20mins then its gone off again ??? I have not done any electrical checks or removed any parts other than the 2 tubes . Could this be a pcb issue or am i missing the ovbious

I don't think I'd go straight for the PCB to be honest. Sounds like an APS issue. Possibly as the temperature rises in the case the pressure decreases causing the APS to drop out. And plus APS is a lot cheaper than PCB.
