Hi guys I've not been around for a while I hope everybody is keeping well.

I terminated the pipe from a condensate lift pump in my cellar through a wall into a soil pipe located in a crawl space, the rubber bush has at some point dropped out of the strap on boss and so condensate has been discharging under my house for maybe 18mnths, I cant see any damage but is possible that it's done any damage to the Portland cement base foundations and or will nasty acidic stuff stay trapped in the soil causing slow damage for years to come... Any thoughts?

doubt it,its as acidic as lemon juice,if theres soil down there its probably harmlessly soaked away ,where have you been hiding anyway?

Hi mate nice to see your still around, cheers for that, I took a temporary 3 mnth job with A well known holiday company that hires out chalets in woodland. That was nearly 5 yrs ago Iam the senior technician now, I got a bit disaloutioned (sp)with this forum I found myself having to bite my tounge a lot or refrain from posting sarcastic replys. Iam going to visit more often now.... :)

Don't worry about biting your tongue. I never do ;)

To you're OP don't worry about it. The house will still be there when you're dead.
