Noisy Drayton Wiser Radiator Thermostat

I have 4 Drayton Wiser Radiator Thermostats but one makes a lot of noise at times.
The valve is very well tightened but it makes this noise. (Please see video. Turn volume on)
I have screwed and unscrewed it several times but nothing changes.
Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Installed on a one way valve as opposed to bi-directional? Is it on a TRV? Looks like it’s where the blank/bleed normal are but can’t see a valve.

as has been said you have probably fitted it into a one way try so the pump is forcing its way past the valve and chattering you need a bi directional valve body

I’m not up on these, but is it twin entry? Can you take a clearer photo of the bottoms where the pipes are?

Fine then Check the valve body, it will have either arrow single or twin headed. If it’s twin headed arrow then it’s faulty the noise as I have said is called chattering caused when the valve is nearly closed the pump pushes past and the seat bounces up and down with the pulses of water that’s why it stops when you move it further open.

Hi again ! Following your advice, I checked the valves and found that on the upper valve, the thermostatic insert for the radiator valves has some numbers. After that I found out that the manufacturer of the radiator is supplied with thermostatic inserts by the company Heinmeier. While searching I found the model of the insert (Art.Nr: 4368) and saw that it requires a specific adjustment depending on the type of radiator, size and more to increase or decrease the flow of water. I put the setting where I think it should be, it should probably be "8" (In 1-pipe systems the insert needs to be set at position “8”) and the problem was probably solved, till now I have not heard the valve make noise again. Thank you very much for your help and I quote here the link to the file I found because it contains the thermostatic inserts (1st link - page 141) and the correlation tables of the settings. Someone may need them.

I've installed these on 11 radiators I get a noise because the valve isn't opening enough so makes a pressure where the valve it's barely even open. I believe this is because how the actuator works regardless of the bi directional valves. Fyi I installed on a modern Drayton trv body.
