Hi, I have a Worcester Greenstar oil boiler about 6 years old.

It suddenly stopped working, the pressure guage is OK but wall gauges are showing blank.

A red light is showing on front of unit.

Any advice would be most welcome, thanks

fault / lock out have you run out of oil ?

Tank is full & SimonG, the reason I am posting on here is I have been waiting for 8 days for local guy & once again, today's promised visit never materialised.
Waste of time, any Polish guys about!!!

Tank is full, that tells a tale.

My custs wait less than 24hrs. You need to change engineers.

Good oil guys on here mate just say where you live.

I try to do that but sometimes it's just impossible. If I'm doing an install there is only so many jobs I can do on the way home.

I do turn up on the day I say though sometimes a little bit late but my customers are always kept informed though.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Hi, basic question, any insight much appreciated. Looking to have an outdoor tap in my front porch fed from 15mm pex coming up from suspended floor. Pic 1 is inside porch, pex temporarily clipped to give an idea of pipe placement (ignore shoddy blockwork of booted cowboy builder!), Pic 2 is...

Hello all, I'm would like to extend an existing outside tap to another point in the garden. I'm about to pour a concrete patio and was hoping to run the water line underneath. There are existing drain (and who knows what) pipes running along the same wall so I'm nervous about digging too far...
