Fitted a Worcester 36 cdi compact today.
Gas pipe 5m long with 5 bends in 28mm.
Working pressure at meter and boiler all above 18mb.

In both heating and hot water the boiler fires. Runs for a short period. As the fan picks up speed the boiler conks out.

Disconnected the condense (in case blocked) still does the same thing?

Any ideas?.. thank you in advance

Yes don't mess around with it faulty out of the box ! get Worcester to sort it, that's what the warranty is for .

Circulation issue? Boiler will protect itself from dry fire.

Don't know about WB but stuck ERP pumps are common, needs a manual spin out of the box
