heres my fender looking tiny by the massive Pont Rhyd-y-cyff viaduct,another bit of history being consumed by mother nature i dont have a clue how they built this one without cranes either

Is that in llan?
 
built more or less the same way they would now piers built from the ground up then formers built to support the arc while its built from above i assume this was a railway viaqduct so the would have the line up to the start of the bridge to bring stuff in
steam engines to provide muscle and prior to that horses and unlimited supply of cheap labour

it was indeed a railway viaduct i dont know when it was built or last used though
