London SE17 (Kennington) - plumber to replace radiator valve

In a 3 storey house I have a leaking RTV on the middle floor. It is microbore pipe and the water in the system came out black when I bled the radiator so it probably needs some treatment as well as draining the system to at least the middle floor.

There is no gas boiler involved.
