Wired Control Upgrade
Have a 3 zone LK International UGH system which has now been in for 7 years.
OIM paperwork supplied with system, indicate it uses:
NC 24V AC Actuators and Wired NC 24V AC Thermostats connected by a NC Connection Box
Belimo 24V rotary actuator for blending controlled by a EMR-12 temperature controller.
Boiler was replaced a few month ago to latest Worcester Highflow 440CDi with flow temp to UFH set at 45 Deg C, so in reality with this new boiler I guess the Belimo thing is probably not doing much blending.
Have attached some images for reference.
Were looking for someone who can upgrade the old LK Room Stats to latest Heatmiser ones
Would also be interested if anyone could shed any light on the fact that the UFH circualting pump last about 12 months then stops circulating water through the floors...... (7 years ..7 pumps !!!).
We keep a spare ready, when one packs up, swap it over and it's off and running again.
Strange thing is all the old pumps look mechanically fine, shaft spins, very clean, impeller all good and attached to shaft etc, electrics all look OK as well..... but they don't circulate the water.
