Landlords for LPG

Hello
Can anyone tell me which form I should be using for a landlords safety cert on a house with LPG. CP12 has nowhere for lockout pressure ext.

I use the gas safe shop for all my pads and stickers all the same layout for cp12 LPG and commercial and you get a rubber stamp really cool

I thought the CP2 was for caravans. Isn't there a form for dwellings.

I just use the standard one and note the lock up pressure on the form,
