Hi,

Im just finishing my nvq L2 and looking to find some possible weekend work as i work full time...

What would be the situation on public insurance as ive not set up a business and techniqley work for myshelf?

Any help would be gratful....

Andy.

Same situation as anyone else doing their own thing whether at weekends or mon - fri. You need to inform HMRC you are doing it and get yourself insurance. Failure to do either could lead to a life of misery

i agree you have to do what tamz says. you need insurance even if you are only working weekends.
