Hi guys, I have been called out to an isar on the premise of a service to find that they only have luke warm water. If you slow the flow on the basin and kitchen taps you can sometimes get hot water but the bath is always tepid at best. I read that if the diverter valve is playing up the flow pipe gets hot but this is not the case with this boiler (is this always the case?). Pumps running and as you can get hot water sometimes I figured that rules the HEX out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated with this dreaded isar. I am Gas Safe registered, just don't have enough posts for that part of the forum. Thanks in advance.

4 more posts and a pm with your gas safe details will get you into the promised land.

Until then I'm afraid we don't discuss boiler repairs on the open forum.
