Ideal Concord C series 2 330 rated output

Hi. Wonder if anybody can help me with this please? Consultants are redesigning the heating for the Church where I work, they're working to an available heat output from the boiler, an Ideal Concord C Series 2 330, of 330,000 btu. That's what our 30+ year old handwritten records say.

The rating plate from the boiler is missing, but I have a nagging suspicion that this unit has an output of about 70kWh. A continuous burn shows the unit currently consumes a cubic meter of gas in about 410 seconds, which seems to be equivalent to about 100kWh... / 330,000 btu input. I don't know if there's any way this is adjustable much, but can't see why we would have had it set much below maximum even if it was.

I haven't been able to find an answer anywhere online, so if anybody here can tell me that would be really great.

Yeah, that's 100.1kw.

Which is about 341,541.2 btu.

Your net output would actually be closer to 307,417.82 btu or 90kw.

Input is what the boiler will consume and output is what the boiler gives to water. Deduct one from the other and you have efficiency.
Your figures seem correct.
Your new boiler, depending on the building! Will have an input closer to the output of the old one. As it will be more efficient.

Thanks very much for the replies. Very much appreciate your taking the time to help me. I think I probably didn't phrase the question very well, 4am isn't my best time, you can tell I was worrying!

We aren't replacing the boiler, only the distribution side.

My worry is that I don't know for sure if the 330 in the boiler designation is energy input or rated output...
