What are people's thoughts on this manufacturer?

I think it's okay, their shower valves are a bit fiddly to fit (concealed)

Some of their mixer shower valves are a nightmare to repair.
I've also had trouble with sticking non return valves in mixer showers.

Reason I ask is because a local showroom offer their products at a very high discount, so wondered if they were any good.

I fitted a designer towel rail of theirs, nightmare to balance and when I phoned them they spoke to me like I was an idiot! Rest assured the guy got both barrels!!
