I went to quote for a new boiler and seen this I could be wrong but it don't seem OK to me any advice guys

Personally, I would note it down as at risk. Bring it to customers attention, get them to inform meter provider ( they installed them but they've been there a long while).
It's really the responsibility of the meter providers to work together but no one will get anywhere with that. IMO.

I wouldn't let it stop me quoting for or doing the job !

No doubt there will be many other opinions on this !

As above just note it down

Wouldn't let it stop me earning

The folks accepted the quote the next day (last Wednesday) but would like to move the meter to the left of the electricity meter, which is where it was I presume. There no meter bracket, its just sat on the floor.

tbh i would phone the gas supplier up and ask them for a new meter and regulator

Ill do that then

and just ask the guy to fit it where you want (you might have to drill the holes for the bracket as they dont have drills well most of them dont that ive run into)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't gas meter within 150mm of electric meter/consumer unit just classed as NCS?

Yes, I think you're right. I might look it up just to be sure but I'm almost 100% certain.

No NCS now mate

As far as I'm aware it does still exist but there's no longer any requirement to issue a warning notice. Just note it on the certificate or other paperwork, advise the responsible person.
