Hi, can anyone tell me how I can replace the washer seal of this Dudley Pinto Flush Valve? Maybe I'm being stupid but I can't find an obvious way to do it.....

Thanks!
Elsa

Hi, you need to cut and paste the whole link, it defnitely works!! The forum won't allow me to attach photos for some reason so this is the only way. Note the "i300," at the beginning of the link, it won't work without it. Thanks!

it looks like the bottom bit might twist off?

How would I pull it out? I've tried twising the white plastic bit at the bottom but it doesn't move...

Thought this would be much easier!!

Hi Elsa,

You have to stretch it off.
And you will have to stretch the new one on the same way you took the old one off.

Hope this helps

By "Stretch" do you mean physically pull the washer? That's a long way to do it, I don't see how I can do it??!! There's barely any grip too. Surely the design is more sophisticated than that??

Nevermind, my friend (he's much stronger than me) managed it. The old seal was very worn and hard to grip, but the new seal was very easy to fit.

Thanks for everyone's help!

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...
