Gas supply and meter under the stairs in a 5 bed detached house .

A few also the reg is on the list to be changed might be worth giving the gas/ utility nets a buzz

4, Regulator, no meter bracket, outlet anaconda, no bonding!

Bracketing zero , compression fitting gas butterfly type valve no no under stairs , would you really design a 5 bed house and put the inlet gas supply and meter under the stairs which in a emergency would be the main route of escape not even fire proofed and this was in guess a architects house fm see it every week

As above + Also Looks like there's a piece of masonry wedged under the gas pipe to support it instead of it being clipped & the gas pipe is not protected/factory sleeved where it runs across the concrete floor & the meter is sat on some bricks.

Are you doing a test or is someone using the test point has a outlet ??

Yeh few issues , anaconda on outlet , bracket not fixed, the earth although is there must be 600 or b4 the first tee piece,
Good should @pipeman- with the fire resistant enclosure missing since its under the stairs ,,

Can anyone recommend a decent multi meter, preferably under a 100 pounds. It's for checking boiler components so I don't need a top spec one ....just easy to use and reliable. The fluke 115 looks good but its above my budget. My current socket and see one was great but it's developed a fault.
