As the title says. I want to put the lad who works for me through his ACS Gas training course this year but am worried that after I have laid out all the money to train him he might just up and leave once he has passed the assessments. How can I ensure he has to stay with me so I can earn the money back.
 
When i did my ACS i had to sign a contract eith my firm at the time saying that if i left within 1 year i had to pay back the cost of the training and if i left within 2 years i had to pay back half the cost. I think quite alot of firms do this. I think even BG guys are contracted.
