checked everything manual saids and all seems ok & put new gas valve in & PCB

240 on Brown & grey (book saids this is blue)

have running now can see flame from pilot but keeps clicking and no flame from main burner

Try cleaning the injector on the pilot assembly.

240 and seems to run ok, air switch clicks & also sucked on tube to mimic it and still didn't fire

i have taken it off & blown through it all, seems clear & blown through new pilot hose from gas valve
